We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer who enjoys building complex systems, solving hard engineering problems, and turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering large-scale agentic AI systems. You'll work across the full lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable discussing system design, building robust infrastructure, and working with the latest advances in LLMs and agentic AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade LLM and agent-based applications.
- Develop and maintain multi-agent workflows and orchestration systems.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and performance.
- Build observability and monitoring capabilities to ensure systems are transparent and dependable.
- Implement governance, safety, and control mechanisms for enterprise deployments.
- Partner with research, product, and engineering teams to bring new capabilities into production.
- Drive architectural decisions across AI systems, infrastructure, and platform components.
- Improve scalability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency of deployed systems.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and technical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Infrastructure, or a similar area.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience working with distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, workflow orchestration platforms, or autonomous systems.
- Experience with evaluation, monitoring, observability, or reliability frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with AI governance and safety practices.
- Experience with LLMOps, model serving, or AI platforms.
- Exposure to reasoning systems, formal methods, or trustworthy AI.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
